Independence policy

• Recommendations follow your requirements and risk. Platform selection is vendor-neutral.
• If we hold any commercial relationship - partner, reseller, referral, or margin arrangement - that could reasonably influence a recommendation, we disclose it in writing before you rely on it.
• Disclosure happens in our proposal and agreement, at signing stage, not on this website. Commercial terms are often confidential and relationships change; the proposal is the point where disclosure is complete and current.
• Advisory work is contracted separately from any implementation or product we may supply, and our advice is never conditional on a purchase.
• You may take our advice to any provider.
• We do not accept gifts or payments that could compromise our objectivity.
