Every engagement follows four stages and is governed by a written agreement.

Method

The same four stages apply to access projects, from workforce sign-in to workload connectivity.

  1. Assess

    We review architecture, configuration, traffic patterns and risk with your platform owners.

  2. Design

    We define target-state controls aligned to your risk appetite and obligations.

  3. Recommend

    We deliver prioritised, specific recommendations with rationale and effort estimates.

  4. Review

    We examine changes your team has made - or that we have implemented for you - and confirm that intended controls operate as designed.

Engagement terms

  • A mutual NDA is signed before technical details are shared.
  • Scope, authorisation and timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Advisory is our core business. Your team makes and owns all changes to your systems, unless you separately engage us to implement - agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Reports are confidential to you and retained only as agreed.
